What Causes Pricking Sensation Between The Thighs?

i think i have a ingrown hair but im not sure. it doesnt hurt and i started picking it at it today. it looks like its starting to scab but im not sure its between my thigh and my pubic area and im really freaking out. does it sound like a ingrown hair. theres only one bump
