What Causes Pricking Sensation In The Arms And Fingertips?

I keep getting pins and needles down my right arm and fingertips, this is followed by a feeling of light headedness and focusing on one thing can be irrating if not impossible. I dont feel like i am about to pass out or anything I just feel generally unbalanced
