What Causes Prickling Feeling And Hot Flushes In Chest?

It all started 4-5 days ago. My temperature does not seem to be too high, but I feel that it is above average. It also feels warm in the chest with some pricking from time to time.
Should I contact a doctor or wait a bit more?
