What Causes Prickling Pain Under The Breast?

I have a prickling pain under my breast , and i am scared , i am 19 years, 2 years i have experienced some anxiety situation , and feeling little bit depressed , but now i am good , i just i think i have a problems with my body ... 19 years , i dont have any connections with genetic problems with heart ! thanks goodbye
