What Causes Projectile Vomiting In A Child?

Hi, My kid is 3 yrear old, he is coughing and vomiting all food that he had. I visited doctor twice. In first advice he gave Ambrolite-D and in second advice he wrote Ambrolite-S. I would like to know the difference. My kid is still not improving. I don t what to do next.
