What Causes Prolong Menstrual Bleeding After Child Birth?

Hi. My name is jessica i had twins three months ago my cycle was normal two month but now its not normal i had bleed for two weeks none stop and it has me nervous cause i dont no if somthing is wrong and i would like to no.....Is it normal to bleed two to three non stop?
