What Causes Prolonged Abdominal Pain, Fever And Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I've been suffering from abdominal pains for almost a week now . However last night I had some painful back pains and this morning woke up bleeding not sure if it's my period. And the abdominal pains r quite sharper. I also had a fever last night. I'm a 25yr old female btw
