What Causes Prolonged Absence Of Periods?

hi my is jessa ..i just want to ask if my last period was december 19&20 is it counted as one month of my baby if i only had my menatration for 2 days??? cause till now i didnt have my period yet...and to add detail yo my question i have a regular period before december
