What Causes Prolonged And Light Vaginal Bleeding?

Got my me period for the first time 10 months after having baby .. breastfeeding my lo 3 times a day.. I ve been bleeding since the beginning of Feb I can t remember what happen with my oldest other then I got it right away so I guess I m just wondering if I should worry that I m still bleeding it s been a light flow enough to need a liner most days
