What Causes Prolonged Bleeding After Delivery, Panic Attacks And Anxiety?

I'm 26, I have five children and my youngest are 2 and a half. After I had the twins I bled for nine months without a day off and I don't just mean a bit, I mean bright red thick blood with clots that are quite large. I now bleed evry two weeks for ten days. I have massive lumps under the skin in my lower back and I'm so tired that I just can't seem to find the motivation to do anything much. My back shoulders, neck and top of my legs hurt and I have no appitite. I have had a smear but it came back as been fine. I kept going to the doctors but at the beginning of this year I stopped going because I was tired of been told that there is nothing wrong with me. I have panic attacks and I suffer with anxiety.
