What Causes Prolonged Bleeding After Taking Postinor?

Hi, i had unprotected sex with my bf on sunday night and i took postinor 7hrs later after like 4hrs of which i took the drug i was bleeding though i have not seen my period before having the sex and the bleeding have lasted for 4 days now. pls could this be my period or the effect of the drug.
