What Causes Prolonged Bleeding After Taking The Abortion Pills?

My wife had caesarean delivery before 6 months. My wife get pregnant again but she took a medicine with a doctor's consult. She was bleeding a lot after taking the drug. Now she is suffering from fever and still having bleeding for 5 days. In blood test haemoglobin is 5.5, platelet count is0.94 and in urine test albumin has traced, pus cells are 3-4. Please suggest what should I do and what medicine should I give her.
