What Causes Prolonged Bleeding Along With Severe Migraine And Mood Swings?

I m 32 female , for the last 3 months I have been bleeding vaginally 3 weeks out of the month continually non stop ,severe migrains, & mood swings. My periods are usually heavy my whole life. Though my periods were regular before lasting only 7 days. I m not pregnant nor on birth control.
