What Causes Prolonged Bleeding And Clots After Delivery?

hi there i am 27 years of age,i have 4 children since having my forth child i have had none stop bleeding i have been back and forth to the doctors carnt rule out whats going on the other day when going the toilet i had a blood clot after peeing and servere pain when pooing it made me cry as pain was really bad please help
