What Causes Prolonged Bleeding At The Age Of 25?

hello m farah my age is 25 and my problem is prolonged menstrual bleeding my menstrual date was 13April but i got my periods on 17 april and its 3May i m still bleeding...I was also trying to conceive so i concluded may be it is a misscarriage...What must be probable reason behind this prolonged bleeding
