What Causes Prolonged Bleeding Followed By Spotting?

Hi my name is Yamini i am 38 and for the last 3 months i have problems with my menstral cycle i have been bleeding for 15 days and then spotting for 3 days stopping again then bleeding for 12 days later and then stopped bleeding for 3 days and then started spotting and then bleeding for 15 days i also have loss of urine i have been told i have a prolapse but a small degree and for the last month i have been very tired my blood test has shown that i am not anemic but i am still very tired and not able to do a lot or look after my kids feel very drained and in pain my abdomen area.
