What Causes Prolonged Bleeding Followed By Watery Discharge?

Sir, i m 47 years old lady. I m suffering very heavy nonstop bleeding for last 3years as i am a very obese lady doctors uterus remove nahi kar sakte hai i m taking primilut n 2tablets thrice a day now i m taking only 2 tablets a day bleeding is stopped but there is very heavy watery discharge whole day and night i have to use sanitary napkins what is the cause of this and how this can be cured
