What Causes Prolonged Bleeding With Headaches And Sore Joints?

I am currently deployed to afghanistan and i just recieved an email from my wife stsing the folowing was hoping someone could make heads or tails of this so i know how to reply the following is copied directly from the email have had my period for over a month now went into the doctor on Monday cus throat was swollen n they dnt kw wats wrong wit me. On top of that I went doctors bk in dec for having my period for 3.5 weeks n they give me a depo shot to stop it but month half later I'm bleeding again along wit that sore joints back worse headache sp idk what's wrong wit me doctors can't tell me shit.
