What Causes Prolonged Bleeding With Mucus Lumps?

Hi, I had an ultrasound scan today but it showed every thing was clear, but iv been having a lot of problems could cancer have been missed at all ? I have been bleeding about eight weeks straight, bleeding after sex and mucus lumps come out. I am clear of chlamydia.
