What Causes Prolonged Breathlessness, Itchy Body And Fatigue?

My daughter moved into a new apt oin july since then she has become increasly sick. She already has a low immune system due to her Ra condition. My son has been staying with her and he is exp the same symptoms however not the sores. They are both itchy burny in pain fatigued and are having breathing diffculties. One doctor perscribed perfithm. That helps for a brief minute but the symptoms keep returning. Last night my daughter had to call emt because my son couldn t breath. What is going on. Need answers i fear i will lose both of my children. Hospitals wont admit them for treatment. What can we do to get them admitted before they potentail die. Thank you
