What Causes Prolonged Cold And Sore Stomach?

I have a cold, with a cough. Its into my 4th day. I still feel so weak, tingly, and very sore stomach. I do not have a high fever at all. I do have asthma, so a cold can really take a long time to heal. I just want to make sure I don t have pneumonia. I had it once last yr. I am 59, female. Ive never had a weird cold like this. How do I know its not Pneumonia?
