What Causes Prolonged Diarrhea?

My mother is having diarrhea and has had this for over a month, She has seen 3 doctors and a specialist. We are thinking it is a bacteria or from a antibiotic that may have killed the good bacteria in her digestive system.The stool sample came back normal and blood test are normal. no colonaspasky has been performed yet. What are your thoughts?
