What Causes Prolonged Headache Along With Cold And Blood In Mucus?

Hey I'm 16 years old, and now for 2 days my body has been hurting a lot! my head feels like is going to explode, when I blow my nose there is some blood, I get really cold, its hard to breath. I had taken some medicine put the headache wont go away I'm really scared :,(
