What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Vitamin D?

Hello, I just started taking 50,000 mg of Vitamen D twice a week. I started my cycle a couple days before I started taking the medication. I have been on my cycle for three weeks. I am not sure if these correlate or what to do. I am starting to worry.
