What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Spotting?

i am 25 yrs old, and not sexually active.This time my periods are not the usual ones, it started 3-4 days prior my date, with clots and after that it was just very light period for a day in the morning and nothing the entire day, and today is the 9 th day no periods but small clots are still there alongwith blood spotting. am worried . is evryffin k wid me?
