What Causes Prolonged Periods With Light Headedness?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my cycle has been on non stop for about a month now and my hands turn blue/green wen I gert really cold and I can never get warm,,, a little light headed when I lay down and get back up. What shall I do???
