What Causes Prolonged Periods With Spotting And Dizzy Spells?

I have had my period on 14/1/11, and on the 6/2/11 I experience a light pink spotting but only a small amount for this day, I have regular dizzy spells and sometimes feel nausious, I have put on weight and feel sensations in my lower stomach I would like to know what this is
