What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding While Having Adenomyosis And Endometriosis?

I have Adenomyosis and Endometriosis for 4 years now. This month I have been bleeding for 3 weeks which is longer than usual (2 weeks at most). Do you think, with my conditions, this is still 'normal' or do you think this could be something else to worry about?
