What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding While On Cerazette?

hi, i am 27 years old, never had children, I am on Cerazette pill and i am bleeding for last 7 days. I didnt have period for last 5 years.

Cerazette pills are taken daily.

I dont know if it is normal. I was under a lot of stress at work for last week.
