What Causes Prolonged Withdrawal Bleeding After Taking Nordette?

my gf took nordette 48 hours after unprotected sex. she did not experience any side effects. however she's not yet experiencing any withrawal bleeding up to now. it is the 11th day after she took the 2nd dose of the pill.... please help. her regular mens should start this 2nd week of march. -2014
