What Causes Prominent Blood Vessels On Cheeks And Upper Lips?

Hi, I had wheatish & dull complexion. Someone suggested dermaid soap from bakson s & elosone ht cream. I became very bright fair & glowing after using these. Everyone praises me, feels happy. However, don t know if its there from long back or not I noticed recently before 3 months that blood vessels or capillaries visible on my face on cheeks, upperlip area nose sides. etc. Please help what is the reason? what is the cure? is it because of these soap & ointment? someone told its liver disease & some told surgery to be done to remove these think visible capillaries. Please assist. I am worried. Earlier I used to always get dark pigmentation around mount chin nose side, sebiroral dermatitis, for that I have been using different creams of hydroquinone tenovate etc for that, temporary relief only I get. Please help me. I also have open pores of school dats pimples on my checks.wana get rid of that also.
