What Causes Prominent Vein In Between The Nose And Eye?

Hi I have swollen veins bluish in color on either side of the bridge of my nose between the eye and nose. I first noticed these after a hard work out in the gym which was particularly hot at the time. I have had these for 3 days now. Is there anything to be concerned about?
