What Causes Prominent Veins On Either Side Of Lump On Chest?

Hi Im Chris I have developed a small almost pimple like bump right exact center of my upper chest and I noticed today blue viens on both sides pointing to bump ..when I take deep breaths not really comfortable I mean doesn't hurt but it doesn't feel good good or normal either at all.. I'm just scared..I been stressing out like never before in my life.. My body also on my upper back feels hot and my lower back as well. My neck itches and my eyes have gotten dark circles somewhat.
