What Causes Protruding From Vagina With History Of Vaginal Hysterectomy?

Hi. I am a 71 yr. old female. I had a vaginal hysterectomy at least 20 yrs. ago, leaving only my ovaries. Lately I have a feeling something is protruding from my vagina. It isn t painful, just uncomfortable, especially when walking. What could be wrong?
