What Causes Puffiness And Watering Of Eyes Plus Itchiness In Neck?

I am having an allergic reaction for more than nine weeks. I am very sensitive to food additives , chemicals and any medications I usually take half doses. I get migraines from ages cheeses as well as cheap red wines. I do not eat or drink thing that affect my system. For nine weeks now I have had red puffy, watery eyes and my eyes and neck itch. My doctor put me on steroids and that is the only thing helping. I changed or stop using all detergents ,shampoos, conditioners. Bought new pillows, slept in my sons room and nothing seems to help.
