What Causes Pulsatile Tinnitus While Suffering From Cold?

My blood pressure and pulse have always been within normal range lately. I have had some allergy or head cold symptoms for some time. My blood pressures are excellent, but for the last few weeks my heart pulse rates are 88-97. I feel good, but feel my fast pulse at night in my right ear on the pillow. Any harm to me or will pulse down when back to normal when cold/allergy symptoms are gone. Thanks
