What Causes Pulsating Feeling In Head With Chronic Fatigue?

Hi, for the past 7 months I have notice that I am feeling very different. I have a pulse in my head that is noticeable when I am still and it makes my vision shake and hard to focus on things like reading. I tire very easily and even holding a book is tiring and my hands under the weight of the book will shake at the rate of my pulse. I have noticed coordination problems and balance problems along with this as well as headaches. All this goes along with feeling generally not myself. I went away to Arizona at the end of May and when I got back is when I first noticed these symptoms.
