What Causes Pulsating Feeling In Temple With Severe Headache?

I was in a club 4 weeks ago and a group of people jostling nearby fell on me. One of the guys head smacked against the left side of my head in the temple area. I was fine the day after, just slightly tender. Then 3-4 days after I began to get a pulsating sensation in the area. Now 4 weeks on I have been having weird headaches there and for the past 3 days my left eye has been twitching. This normally only happens when I am exhausted but right now I am getting good sleep. Should I go to the hospital?
