What Causes Pulsating Pain In Testicle Radiating Down The Leg?

Hello, I have been having a strange issue with my right testicle. For starters, there is a weird, pulsating pain I feel in my testicle that also runs down my leg and ends in my knee. It happens randomly, and no position induces or reduces pain that I've noticed. No odd lumps or anything, but I also noticed my right testicle is starting to sit sideways a bit for some reason, especially when I lay down, and its making me paranoid that the vas deferens will become twisted somehow. Ideas of what this may be?
