Hello and thank you for reading. I am currently experiencing in my left forearm a irregular pulse. It becomes exacerbated and will flutter sporadically, keep a steady speed, and then return back to a normal pulsation. I have had a history of hyperkalemia and hypoglycemia. As of November, my K+ was 6.0 and my ECG showed a NSR with still a tented T wave. As of my blood work of 1/2015 my glucose was 48. The pulsations have been occuring since the office visit and I am on a fairly bland diet. My medications include Valium for sleep, Fluoxetine, and Adderall which I have been off for over a week now. I do not know if I should be of any concern. Caffeine intake is very moderate (1 cup a day). It does not occur bilaterally either, just on the left side. Thank you kindly. Joseph
