What Causes Pulsing Pinpoint Headache On Head?

I have a history of migraines...with all test being normal. Imatrez works well for me. The past 2 day's I have had a pulsing pinpoint headache in the right font top of my head. This is different for me should I be concerned? Is this a different type of migraine??
