What Causes Pungent Smell From Skin At Back After Diagnosing Sinus?

The skin on my back is emitting a strong, pungent odor. I do not have a rash or any indications of infection, and this began following a sinus infection and taking Amoxicillan, followed by a Z pack. The sinus infection still lingers, but is much improved.
