What Causes Purple Blood Filled Bruises On The Back?

hi i keep getting purple bruise like marks on my back between 1-2 inch when i touch them they they feel like a spot. full of blood and when i pop them with a pin lots of blood poor's out and im left with a crater like hole in my back what could it be?
