What Causes Purple Itchy Spot On The Outer Labia?

I have a purple pebble like spot on my outer labia. Its been there for months but no signs of change but just yesterday it really started itching and was sensitive. I just got put on antibiotics for a bladder infection that also started 2 days ago. Could it be related?
