What Causes Purple/red/white Blotches On Leg While Standing For Long Time?

sometimes when im cold or if im standing for a long time. my legs get really blotchy. like purple/red/white blotches all over... its really freaking me out and im insecure about showing my legs.. i think it is poor blood circulation?? when i elevate my legs it goes away...
