What Causes Purple Spot On My Leg?

i have a spot on my leg it is purplish - black it is subcutaneous and when i stick it with a needle blood pours out, the blood is almost black in color and bright red when on a paper towel, i dont know what is going on, and i can not afford to go to the doctors, please help, Ben i am 30yo 5'10 and 215lbs
