What Causes Purplish Blister Between The Thighs?

I habe a bubble oval shaped that looks purplish & pink, looks like there would be dark blood in there s I don t know, but it s between the crease of the thigh/Vagina. I try squeezing but it hurts what can this be, cyst maybe ?? Uta the size of a jelly bean maybe a bit smaller
