What Causes Purplish-blue Bump On The Outside Of Anus?

Firstly I have a small purpley bluey bump on the outside of my anus it hurts when I touch it. It s about the size of a pee. Someone please help on what it is and treatment for it. Secondly I have a large red bump on the left side of my penis shaft I am really and I mean stressing out that it could be a serious illness and I m only 13. But I have done a little tiny bit of research and it sounds like lympphocele. Please some one help. What are these two things and how to get rid of them. And if I have any desieses. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and answer this.
