What Causes Purplish Puffy Ring Around Anus?

I was in the shower and was examing myself just to check and make sure nothing s wrong when I came across a purple bluish brownish puffy ring around my anus, no pain absoutley nothing , would have known it was there if I didn t check around, what could it be?
