What Causes Pus Bubbles On Buttocks After Delivery?

should i go to the emergency room due to giving birth two weeks ago and after i was discharged from the hospital i began growing pus bubbles on my butt,my left leg, on my left thigh and in back of my right leg..i didnt think it was a big thing til they started becoming larger. i can barely walk, i limp.also im in real bad pain..can you tell me what you think is best?
